Our Zambian Kateshi Flash Brew is our newest coffee offering. What makes flash brew different is that it is hot brewed and then flash chilled to lock in the flavor. After our signature cooling process it is then infused with nitrogen and packaged for a creamy cascade just like our Cold Brew. We picked a natural/sun dried coffee from a single estate in Zambia to highlight the flash brew process and bright out the vibrancy and boldness of this coffee.
